What next? Preparing for your first days in a new workplace and position can be confusing and stressful. New Careers Australia works with clients to make sure they understand what they need to do to make a good impression in those first few days.

It's not just about what to wear and how to speak to people, but also what rights you have as an employee. We want clients to be successful and to be treated fairly.

During the employment probationary period (usually three months) we can continue to provide advice and help you solve any problems that might occur. And when the first performance appraisal comes along, we can show you what you will need to do in the appraisal interview.
