Career Steps Program

Our most comprehensive program is called Career Steps. It is specifically focused on teaching you job-winning strategies that will benefit you throughout your career.

You will learn effective methods for finding your first job, achieving promotions, changing industries and negotiating pay increases. You will also have expert communication training, access to a counsellor to deal with vocational, motivational and stress issues where necessary, and a commitment from us to keep helping you after you have secured a job.

When you tell us about your needs and goals, we will recommend the best training options to suit you. Career Steps offers the most training, but we know that some clients don't want everything, so you are able to choose exactly the services you need by customising your training package instead.
